Hosting and other infrastructure requirements, payment-provider setup, messaging integrations and third-party charges are confirmed separately. Infrastructure and third-party services are excluded from the one-time licence.
Transport covers records, not live GPS. Payroll does not include statutory filings or automatic bank payouts; timetable management does not promise automatic generation. Data migration beyond supported imports is agreed separately. Ask us about additional operations such as inventory, certificates, ID cards and front office during your demo.

01Can we move our existing Excel or school records?
EduSuite includes supported import and export workflows. First, we review which records and file formats fit those tools. Data clean-up, field mapping and migration beyond supported imports are separately scoped and quoted. You can describe your current records during the demo; please do not send student data through this enquiry form.
02Is hosting included, and who manages it?
Hosting, server management and recurring infrastructure charges are confirmed in your written quote for either payment model. They are not included in the one-time software licence. Before you proceed, the quote should identify where the software will run, who manages that environment and which ongoing costs apply.
03How will backups and data recovery work?
The backup arrangement depends on the agreed hosting setup. Before rollout, confirm the backup schedule, retention period, responsible team, restore process and any charges in writing. The software plan price alone is not a promise of automatic backups or a guaranteed recovery time.
04What does our school need to prepare for setup?
Nominate a staff contact and prepare your student count, class list, fee structure and staff access requirements. We agree the records needed and a suitable transfer method after reviewing the scope. Basic configuration and initial remote staff training are included. Your team checks the configured records and workflows before rollout; timing depends on the agreed scope and data readiness.
05Who helps our staff after setup?
Contact VASUYASHII for software support or changes. Yearly plans include agreed basic remote support and standard updates while subscribed. One-time plans include one year of basic remote support. Support hours, response arrangements and exclusions are confirmed in the quote; new features, future upgrades and support beyond the included period are separately scoped.
06What is the difference between yearly and one-time plans?
Yearly plans provide access and the agreed services during the subscription. A one-time licence allows continued use of the delivered version within the purchased scope. It includes one year of basic remote support, not lifetime support, all future upgrades or ongoing online services. Infrastructure and third-party services are excluded from the one-time licence.
07Is EduSuite a desktop application or web software?
EduSuite is browser-based school management software. Deployment requirements are agreed during setup. A standalone Windows installer or fully offline operation is not part of the standard offer.
08Is a school website included?
A five-page responsive school website is an optional ₹10,000 one-time add-on using your branding and supplied content. It includes a gallery and contact details. Ongoing content changes and redesign are separately scoped.
09Can the Android app carry our school’s name?
A school-branded Android build is an optional ₹15,000 one-time add-on using existing app features. Features, delivery and publication requirements are confirmed before quotation. New features, iOS and store-account charges are separate. Store approval depends on the platform’s review.
10Will we receive the source code?
No. EduSuite is provided under a software-use licence; source-code handover is not offered with either plan or the add-ons.
11What happens when student numbers increase?
There is no price increase within the purchased capacity. An upgrade is discussed when that capacity is exceeded. Annual upgrades use the agreed prorated difference; one-time upgrades are separately confirmed. Above 1,000 active students or multiple branches require a custom quotation.
12Are online payments and WhatsApp included?
Provider setup, supported workflows and usage charges are confirmed separately. A specific integration is included in the offer only after its delivery requirements have been verified. The enquiry WhatsApp button simply opens a conversation for you to send.
