Legal and Delivery

Service and Product Terms

Effective date: July 11, 2026. These terms provide the public baseline. A signed proposal or product agreement may contain engagement-specific terms that take priority for that work.

1. Scope and proposal

The written proposal, quotation, scope document, or product plan defines the pages, modules, roles, integrations, deliverables, timeline, support, and price included in an engagement. Features not listed should not be assumed. Changes requested after approval may require a revised timeline and additional quote.

2. Demos and sample websites

Industry demo websites are fictional portfolio concepts created to show layout, interaction, and possible functionality. Demo names, people, properties, reviews, metrics, addresses, and contact details are sample data unless explicitly identified as a real VASUYASHII project. A demo is not a promise that every shown feature is included in a standard package.

3. Payments and project start

Payment milestones are confirmed in the approved proposal. Work may be scheduled after the agreed initial payment and required content or access are received. Delayed approvals, missing content, third-party verification, or changed requirements can move the delivery date.

4. Ownership and handover

Ownership and handover depend on the selected engagement. Custom project source, credentials, domains, hosting, design assets, and licensed third-party resources are handled according to the written proposal. Subscription products and licensed components remain subject to their product or vendor licence.

5. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, WhatsApp providers, SMS, email, maps, analytics, app stores, cloud services, and external APIs may charge separate fees and apply their own policies. VASUYASHII cannot guarantee approval, uptime, pricing, or continued availability controlled by another provider.

6. Business Suite and early access

VASUYASHII Business Suite is positioned for GST billing, inventory, purchases, payments, expenses, reports, PDFs, and practical business management. Early-access pricing covers only the stated current plan. Advanced accounting, payroll, manufacturing, e-invoice or e-way bill integration, data migration, custom automation, mobile rollout, and desktop rollout require separate confirmation where applicable.

7. SEO, performance, and business results

VASUYASHII can implement technical SEO, content structure, analytics, speed improvements, and conversion-focused interfaces. Search rankings, indexing timelines, leads, revenue, platform approvals, and third-party performance are not guaranteed because they depend on external systems, competition, content quality, business operations, and ongoing work.

8. Support and acceptable use

Included support is defined in the proposal or active product plan. Customers must use services lawfully, protect credentials, maintain authorised data access, and avoid harmful or abusive activity. Security incidents, suspected misuse, or urgent account issues should be reported through the official support channel.
